Join our 75th celebrations

The Ramblers, Britain's walking charity, is 75 years young in 2010!

Celebrate with us by joining a special Baton Walk, or a Fill Your Flask morning. There are many other ways you can get involved – explore this special microsite to find out more.

The Ramblers is Britain's walking charity with a proud tradition of making walking available to everyone by improving places for walking and encouraging people to walk.

As Britain's walking charity, we ensure access to all places where people go walking. Over 700,000 participants walk with us every year on 28,000 walks, supported by 12,000 volunteers.

We are building on our achievements over the past 75 years and taking the Ramblers into the 21st Century with new types of work, such as promoting walking for families and for people who do not walk at all in Britain.

We hope you will join us on our 75th anniversary celebrations!

We saw lots of faces not with us any more."
